A Note from Dr. Brittany Rice

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
This space was created as a place for you to pause, breathe, and reconnect — with yourself, your body, and your own capacity to heal. Whether you’re navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, or simply longing to feel more grounded in your daily life, you deserve care that honors both your science and your soul.
I’m Dr. Brittany Rice — psychologist, somatic coach, and founder of Whole Mama. My work is rooted in nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and integrative care that bridges mind, body, and heart. Over the years, I’ve seen that true healing happens when we slow down enough to listen to what the body has been trying to say all along.
Here on the blog, I’ll share reflections, tools, and resources to help you feel more connected, calm, and empowered — from simple somatic practices and grounding exercises, to insights on fertility, pregnancy, and motherhood through a nervous-system–informed lens.
