Somatic work is a body-based and nervous-system-informed approach to emotional wellbeing, stress support, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Many people spend years trying to think their way out of overwhelm while remaining deeply disconnected from what their bodies and nervous systems are experiencing underneath the surface. Somatic work gently shifts the focus from “What is wrong with me?” toward “What is my nervous system communicating, carrying, or responding to?”
This approach recognizes that stress, emotional overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, shutdown, chronic tension, and many relational patterns are not only cognitive experiences. They are also physiological and embodied experiences.
