Areas of Support

Support for burnout, overwhelm, and seasons of change

Many people carry stress for so long that exhaustion begins to feel normal. The nervous system adapts to chronic pressure, caregiving, emotional labor, high achievement, uncertainty, and survival, until eventually the body begins signaling that something is no longer sustainable.

Burnout often extends far beyond physical exhaustion. It can feel like emotional numbness, irritability, anxiety, disconnection, difficulty resting, loss of motivation, or the sense that even small tasks require enormous effort.

Major life transitions can intensify this even further. Career changes, motherhood, relationship shifts, grief, caregiving, relocation, health challenges, and identity transitions all place additional demands on the nervous system.

You may resonate with this work if you often experience:

  • chronic exhaustion or emotional depletion
  • difficulty slowing down or resting
  • anxiety or constant internal pressure
  • cycles of overfunctioning and shutdown
  • feeling disconnected from yourself
  • overwhelm during major transitions
  • irritability, numbness, or emotional fatigue

Somatic healing creates space to slow down and begin listening to what the body has been carrying beneath the surface.

Together, we may explore:

  • stress patterns and nervous system responses
  • grounding and regulation practices
  • rest, recovery, and sustainable pacing
  • emotional awareness and embodiment
  • boundaries and capacity
  • creating more supportive rhythms in daily life

This work is not about escaping stress completely. It is about creating a different relationship with it, one that allows greater steadiness, recovery, self-awareness, and support over time.

You are allowed to slow down and receive support.
