Individual sessions offer a private, spacious container for nervous system support, embodiment, and emotional integration. We meet virtually.
Trauma-sensitive nervous system support may also be available for adults whose past experiences continue to affect regulation, connection, rest, or their relationship with the body. This work remains present-focused and may include grounding, orienting, resourcing, supportive imagery, sensory awareness, pacing, and relational co-regulation.
This is not trauma therapy or treatment for PTSD or complex PTSD and does not include trauma-memory processing, exposure, EMDR, diagnosis, or psychotherapy.

Recovery-sensitive nervous system support may also be available for adults who want additional help reconnecting with bodily awareness, regulation, rest, and embodied presence as part of a broader recovery pathway. This present-focused work may include grounding, orienting, sensory awareness, supportive imagery, gentle movement, pacing, and relational co-regulation. Practices remain collaborative and may be changed, paused, or declined at any time.
This is not addiction treatment, substance-use counseling, detoxification, withdrawal support, relapse prevention, psychotherapy, or medical care.
