Areas of Support

Compassionate, nervous-system-informed support for overwhelm, stress, healing, and life transitions

Many people arrive here feeling exhausted from carrying too much for too long.

Some are navigating chronic stress, burnout, grief, emotional overwhelm, ADHD-related struggles, fertility journeys, relationship challenges, sensitive nervous systems, or major life transitions. Others feel disconnected from themselves entirely, unsure how they reached a point where life feels so overwhelming, emotionally heavy, or difficult to sustain.

My work is grounded in the understanding that many emotional and behavioral struggles are deeply connected to the nervous system, the body, lived experience, and the environments we move through every day.

Rather than approaching people through shame, pathology, or pressure to simply "push through," this work offers a more compassionate and embodied lens. Together, we focus on increasing awareness, steadiness, emotional safety, and support within the nervous system while developing practical tools for daily life.

The areas below represent some of the primary themes clients seek support around, though every individual's experience is unique. Many clients find that several of these areas overlap and influence one another.

Areas of Support

Each support page explores these experiences more deeply and offers insight into how somatic work and nervous-system-informed support may help.

You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Many people simply begin with the awareness that they are overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, or longing for greater steadiness and support.
