Gentle support for grief, loss, and emotional transition

Grief affects far more than emotions alone. It can impact the body, nervous system, relationships, concentration, energy levels, and sense of identity. Even when life outwardly continues moving forward, the nervous system may still be carrying the emotional weight of what has been lost.

Some grief comes through death, heartbreak, or sudden change. Other forms emerge through fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, divorce, identity shifts, estrangement, illness, or the gradual loss of the life we once imagined.

You may resonate with this work if you are experiencing:

  • emotional heaviness or exhaustion
  • waves of sadness, anger, or numbness
  • anxiety or emotional flooding
  • difficulty concentrating or functioning
  • chronic tension or shutdown
  • feeling disconnected from yourself or others
  • pressure to "hold it together"

From a nervous-system-informed perspective, grief is both emotional and physiological. Loss can leave the body in states of exhaustion, hypervigilance, collapse, or emotional overwhelm. Somatic healing creates space to gently support both the nervous system and emotional world during periods of grief and transition.

Our work may include:

  • grounding and stabilization practices
  • emotional processing support
  • nervous system education
  • gentle embodiment work
  • support navigating overwhelm and stress
  • creating space for rest and recovery

Sessions are paced collaboratively and designed to meet you where you are emotionally and physically.

This work is not about rushing healing or "moving on." It is about allowing grief to be supported with compassion, steadiness, and care.

You deserve support through grief and transition.
