No two nervous systems are the same. Every person's body, health history, lived experience, culture, identity, and life circumstances shape how they experience the world. My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, supported, and able to participate in a way that works for you.
Accessibility is not an afterthought, it is part of providing thoughtful, individualized care.
If there are accommodations that would help you feel more comfortable or better able to participate in sessions, I encourage you to let me know before we meet. Together, we can discuss what would best support your experience.
My Approach
My work is informed by experience supporting individuals living with chronic pain, neurological conditions, injury, rehabilitation, complex medical concerns, trauma, anxiety, grief, and significant life transitions.
I am comfortable working alongside physicians, rehabilitation teams, physical and occupational therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers when collaborative care is beneficial.
My perspective has also been shaped by my experience working within a hospital rehabilitation setting at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, where I supported individuals navigating significant physical injury, disability, neurological conditions, and recovery.
Whether you are living with chronic illness, recovering from an injury, navigating pregnancy or postpartum changes, experiencing emotional overwhelm, or simply moving through a particularly difficult season of life, our work begins by meeting your nervous system where it is today, not where you feel it "should" be.

A Shared Commitment
Healing is not about asking your body to conform to someone else's expectations. It begins by understanding your unique experience with curiosity, compassion, and respect.
Whether you are living with chronic pain, navigating disability, recovering from trauma, adapting to parenthood, experiencing grief, or simply longing to feel more connected to yourself, you are welcome here.
My hope is that our work together creates space for you to feel seen, supported, and empowered as you continue your own process of becoming.
