Areas of Support

Nervous system support through fertility, pregnancy, birth, and motherhood

The transition into motherhood can be beautiful, meaningful, disorienting, exhausting, and emotionally overwhelming all at once. Fertility journeys, pregnancy, birth, and parenting place enormous demands on the nervous system and body, yet many women move through these seasons carrying stress, pressure, fear, and emotional isolation without enough support.

For some, the journey begins with fertility challenges or reproductive grief. Others enter pregnancy carrying anxiety, chronic stress, perfectionism, trauma, or deep uncertainty about what lies ahead. Many mothers find themselves emotionally exhausted by the invisible labor of caregiving while trying to hold together every other area of life simultaneously.

You may resonate with this work if you are experiencing:

  • fertility-related stress or emotional overwhelm
  • anxiety during pregnancy or motherhood
  • nervous system exhaustion or burnout
  • difficulty slowing down or resting
  • identity shifts in motherhood
  • emotional overwhelm or isolation
  • pressure to "hold it all together"

This work is grounded in the belief that mothers deserve support too.

Together, we may explore:

  • grounding and regulation practices
  • stress physiology and nervous system education
  • emotional processing and support
  • embodiment and self-connection
  • boundaries, rest, and recovery
  • creating more sustainable rhythms of support

Sessions are collaborative and individualized. Some focus more deeply on emotional processing and nervous system support, while others center practical regulation tools and support for daily life.

This work is not about perfection or performance. It is about creating greater steadiness, connection, and support within the experience of becoming and being a mother.

You deserve support during this transformative season of life.
